SPATiF presents: BUND BAND

BUND BAND has been an original enterprise mounted by the Museum of the History of Polish Jews. A longing for playing and improvising music onstage, not spreading communist propaganda in SPATiF as someĀ  know-all experts said, has been another reason to set it up. Songs of the Bund party interpreted by an unusual lineup showed that any music performed by accomplished musicians speaks for itself.

Blokes: Gos, Torok, Obara, Pospieszalski and Mazolewski have enjoyed playing music and have made a great show proving that jazz is cool even if one doesn`t get a kick out of it. The performance in SPATiF was a concert premiere that was supposed to be rerun in the Praga theatre in Warsaw two days later. Unfortunately the event didn`t come off.
